Heavy thunderstorms after dawn this morning...poor Buffy hid down in her safe place, the cellar...followed by several hours of rain followed by a generally cloudy, damp & foggy day. Which didn't deter the birds at my feeders even though they too got wet. Which gave me the opportunity to capture several photos of the male cardinal who is now, finally, frequenting my feeders...yay.

Yesterday was an altogether different sort of day...brilliant blue sky, white wisps of cloud, 70+°, a lively breeze.... After some errands & a stroll downtown, returned to the lake/river for an hour or so of picture taking, but haven't gotten around to processing the photos yet.

Note: Finally finished processing & uploading Wednesday's photos...in between rounds of thunderstorms.
