Have been busy, many hours adding much to my friend's website, as well as obsessively devising some design changes for it. After overdoing that to the point of exhaustion, have been attempting to break up the work with other activities, including another trip to Holland on Thursday. That was after surviving two uncomfortably warm & (somewhat) humid days last week, which thankfully resolved into several cooler, albeit fairly showery, days.

Managed to take a few more photos, concentrating on learning some close-up macro settings (hence the photos here). And the peonies finally began to bloom...the first blossoms opened yesterday morning but the heavy showers that ensued forced me (not reluctantly) to cut them & bring them inside (note the raindrops on petals).
