Breathing space
Only 3 wks. this time, between posts...that's getting a little better.
Spent an intense & obsessive few weeks designing & building Mac's new site. Which I finished, officially, on Wednesday. After which was able to use a little break between projects to take a few new pictures for fun & pleasure.
Meanwhile, work on Joe's site continues (seemingly a project in perpetuity). Tweaked it anew just this week to refine its features some & make it function a bit better...and added a couple new projects too, with more to come this week.
And then there's winter, which continues. And which has been a completely different experience than last year's was. Less daily snow (though no less overall), more daily cold (single-digit & teens), and more "warm" days (20s & 30s) in between — which make me realize as if for the first time just how relative an experience weather really is. And so it goes.
All of which makes me so very glad I bought an amaryllis (dubbed "Rosemary") last fall & potted it in January, just in time to have it bloom in mid-February. It gives me hope that spring really will come, someday. Something Buffy & I are needing as we begin to chafe more & more from proverbial cabin fever.......
Oh, and did I mention today brought 4 more inches of snow? I took more pictures of it & birds-in-it, but will have to post those tomorrow...'cause right now Buffy's desperately calling me to "arms." Now, right now, now! ow?? me-ow, me-now, now? now, now, now.......
