Hofma Preserve I

Mac, Lo & I went for a Sunday stroll, a 2-hour trek through the Hofma Preserve, which I hadn't visited since last fall. This shot was taken from the causeway in the midst of the bayou that runs through the center of the preserve and that's a redwing blackbird perched on a twig at center (the camera's 10x zoom is pretty good but not good enough at this distance).
